Many of you have come to know each of us individually over the years through our service of delivering below market value, wholesale foreclosure investment properties and unparallel service. We will be delivering property in two different formats. Primarily we will be bidding for a flat fee on behalf of our clients. We deliver you a daily list of properties that fit your parameters (area, zip code, type, etc.). We also take the guess work out of the process for you. We report to you the status of title, liens, taxes etc. We then bid on the property on your behalf. With our years of experience at the Trustee Sales we can be a safe harbor in an otherwise shark infested environment.
Secondly, we will occasionally offer properties (via email notification) that we have bid on and are wholesaling to our clients.
